Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring that all information submitted through the system is accurate, complete, and up to date. Unauthorized access, misuse, distribution of system content, or any activity that may compromise the integrity and security of the platform is strictly prohibited.
All system content including dashboards, reports, designs, documents, source code, and generated outputs remain the intellectual property of ESTIM and IDEYA Construction. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the system without proper authorization from the developers or administrators.
ESTIM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services at all times and reserves the right to perform maintenance, updates, or system modifications whenever necessary to improve security, functionality, and overall system performance.
Continued use of the ESTIM platform signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service and all future updates or modifications that may be applied to the system policies and operations.
